Eva Zheng is the Community Lead at Vapi, building AI voice infrastructure, and Board Director at Hacker Fund.

Previously, Eva was an early employee at Notion, where she built out customer experience and sales and launched their first AAPI ERG program. She co-founded Cal Hacks at UC Berkeley, and founded Empact, an impact production company supporting 100+ film campaigns totaling 1.6M views.

Her work sits at the intersection of technology and human connection, from teaching empathy workshops in Xinjiang, to facilitating conversations about death as part of Reimagine: End of Life, to founding Project Humanize US after the 2016 election, a VR docu-series exploring common ground across the political spectrum through the deep south.
